Manager Bootcamp Launched!

VANCOUVER, B.C. — May 1, 2008 — With a combination of excitement and relief, the founder of Manager Bootcamp, Harv Phandal has launched Manager Bootcamp (www.managerbootcamp.com).

“This day has been a long time coming, but I am so excited that managers in Vancouver will have access to swift training that provides immediate results,” says the head of the new venture, Harv Phandal.

Manager Bootcamp is a unique training experience that offers manager three one-day modules to get them up to speed on management basics, and to develop the skills they also have. A great reminder for mid-career managers and an excellent resource for new managers, the course instruction comes packaged with access to ongoing access to coaching.

“After the session is over, managers can simply pick up the phone and have a coach walk them through a situation they’re facing,” explains Phandal. “This is will ensure that managers are receiving ongoing support, guidance and mentorship.
